Does it cost anything?
No. We provide the machine, the products, installation, and service at no cost. You provide the space and a standard power outlet.
Do we earn money from it?
Most locations earn a commission on every sale, paid on a regular schedule with a statement. We'll go over the numbers for your location when we visit.
Who restocks and fixes it?
We do. We restock on a schedule that fits your sales and fix reported problems quickly, usually within two business days. Your staff never has to touch it.
What if someone loses money in the machine?
We handle all refunds. Customers can reach us using the contact details posted on every machine.
How long is the agreement?
Our standard placement agreement runs for an initial term and then renews yearly. Either side can end it at renewal with notice. You can read and sign it online.
How much traffic do we need?
Places with steady visitor traffic, like hotel lobbies and shopping areas, usually work best. Tell us about yours and we'll be honest about whether it's a fit.
